A lifelong New Yorker with more than forty years of legal experience, Scott Sherman litigates personal injury and medical malpractice cases in every borough of the city — resolving thousands of cases and winning multi-million dollar awards for his clients.
After graduating from Boston College Law School, Scott began his career under Robert Morgenthau in the New York District Attorney's Office. A civil litigator since 1987, he became a partner at Sherman & Basichas in 1994, and eleven years later founded Scott L. Sherman & Associates, P.C.
